DISCOUNT FOR SMALL SHOPS

Freelancers and small agencies/studios with 10 or fewer employees save 10% on entry fees.

Contact us to verify eligibility and register for the discount. A discount code will be provided and must be applied before completing your payment.



MEMBER SAVINGS

ADCC Members save on entry fees!

Members will receive a promo code for discounted entries. The code must be applied at checkout before payment.
New memberships must be activated prior to entry. Contact us if you haven't received your code.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS

Freelancers who are professional members get 15% off entry fees and no late fees. 

This discount is not available to members employed by larger companies, unless the submitted work is a personal or freelance project. 

CORPORATE MEMBERS

Corporate membership includes a set number of complimentary entries and a deadline extension with no late fees.

Corporate memberships are based on company size and run on a calendar year from January–December.

  • Studio (2–15 employees): 1 complimentary single entry ($150 value) – membership fee is $300 plus tax
  • Small Agency (16–50 employees): 2 complimentary single entries ($450 value) – membership fee is $1,000 plus tax
  • Agency (51+ employees): 4 complimentary single entries ($900 value) – membership fee is $2,000 plus tax

Payment

Payment methods include the following:

  • Online by credit card. A 3% processing fee will be applied.
  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment from a Canadian bank account

  • All discount codes for Members or Small Shops must be applied prior to checking out on the system.


    Refunds

    All entries are final, no refunds.

    Refunds will not be issued for submissions that do not meet eligibility requirements. 

    For entries submitted on or before June 6:
    If an entry is submitted in the wrong category or is a duplicate entry, entrants may do one of the following:

    • Move the entry to another category
    • Submit a new entry in its place
    Entries submitted after June 6 will not have this opportunity to move or replace entries.
