General file specifications are outlined below for all media types. Media types accepted vary by category. Refer to the Disciplines & Categories pages for details.
Digital media will be saved into your account. Identical media will not need to be added more than once as it can be attached to entries from your Manage Media list.

Judging Media: The primary material and content that the jury will be judging.
Supporting Media: Secondary material and content that the jury may review at their discretion.
Reference Media: Additional material, including images, required by the ADCC. These materials will not be judged, but they may be used for publication and promotional purposes.
Write-ups may be mandatory or optional, depending on specific catergory requirements.
The Entry Description category should provide basic information for judging.
All categories include an optional Cultural Context field. This should only be used to explain uniquely Canadian cultural information that is required for our international judges to understand the entry. It should not include general information or stats about the Canadian market or product categories.
All write-ups should be written in English and should not include any entrant information or credits.
Every entry requires a thumbnail image. The jury will see this for reference only; it will not be judged.

These images may be used by The ADCC for promotional purposes, but they will not be judged. They should reflect the content of your entry and be high resolution.
